much greater camera package than their current cash would enable them.
Thus, you can combine the camera line items of three films in two
years to get you your dream package starting from day one.
Depending on your needs and budget, there are four Zacuto HVX200,
Canon XL-H1, JVC GY-HD100U, Sony SO-HVR-Z1U or DVX100A/B camera packages
now referred to as (Zacuto camera package) available in both new and used
equipment: Zacuto Pro, Docu, Cine
and Studio.
In most cases, the package can be delivered in 48 hrs!
Terms that work for you
The program is similar to a lease, essentially
you make 24 monthly payments and you own the equipment. No
banks or leasing companies, you deal directly with Zacuto. For your
convenience, payments can be made by check,
Visa, MasterCard or PayPal, whatever works for you.

Technical upgrades that keep you on the cutting
edge
The rent-to-own program eliminates the worry of product obsolescence.
During the rent-to-own period, you can return your Zacuto
camera package or specific parts thereof for new technology as it becomes available. We
can modify your existing package or put you into an entirely new package
depending on your needs. So you're not
stuck with yesterday's technology. Payment or
rent-to-own term length may change when rewriting a rent-to-own agreement,
equipment must be in good repair as a prerequisite.
Insurance
that covers the unexpected
Insurance is mandatory for all
rentals. If you don't have insurance,
Zacuto can facilitate getting leased and rented equipment coverage.
Fees range depending on the package. For your convenience, we can
purchase this insurance for you and add it to your monthly payment.
Repair and
Extended Warranty Plans that give you piece of mind
Equipment must be kept in good
repair and you are responsible for repairs and maintenance. Original
equipment warranties range from 90 days to a year depending on the
manufacturer. Zacuto offers an extended warranty to cover all parts
and labor in your camera package for the full 24 months. For your
convenience, Zacuto can add this to you monthly payment.
Making money from your film
may be easier than you think Upon
evaluation, Zacuto may be interested in purchasing the rights to your film
for webisodic podcasted delivery only, via cell phones and ipod type
devices. You would still own all other rights. This could act
as a great advertisement for the purchase, distribution and theatrical
release of your film. You could develop a built in audience that you
could communicate to in the future. Zacuto has a contract to
deliver quality content in this new space.
